Dr. Rodgers is not only an extremely competent veterinarian, she is an excellent communicator and very compassionate. Martha has been with me for over sixteen years and has been instrumental in the health of many of my most successful horses including my 11th ranked Grand Prix jumper Charmed, Hunter Horse of the Year Enchanted, record-setting thoroughbred Beau’s Town, and many other Hunters, Jumpers, Thoroughbreds, and Eventers.
Dr. Rodger’s is an invaluable asset to me and I would recommend her knowledge and experience to any horse owner.

Dr. Rodgers is one of the most gifted vets I have met. She truly looks at the whole horse. She begins at the beginning, by checking eyes, heart and lungs, then works her way down the body to determine what is bothering my horse. She has been with my horse, Iggy, through lots of issues, including EPM, tendon sheath tears, ligament strains, and eyesight loss. I truly know in my heart that she is the reason Iggy is still jumping around the 3-foot divisions as a 21-year-old, hard-knocker of a horse!
Additionally, Dr. Rodgers never judges her clients for what they choose to do (or not do) with their horses; she is completely understanding that my finances are limited. Dr. Rodgers has been a wonderful ally and advocate for the health of my horse for the last 10 years, and I am so very lucky to have such a kind, competent professional in his corner.
I could go on for pages about why I love Dr. Rodgers.

I have been a friend and client of Dr. Martha Rodgers for almost 15 years. She has been and continues to be an integral part of Wild Aire’s successful thoroughbred racehorse – flat and steeplechase – sport horse and rehabilitative conditioning team.
Dr. Rogers’s diagnostic skills, her exceptional knowledge and intellect, her practical approach and her desire to do what is right for the patient coupled with her moral compass make Dr. Rodgers a rare commodity in the equine world of sport medicine.
Dr. Rodgers’s evaluation of the whole horse with each exam is key to discovering primary and secondary issues. She brings to the table excellent working knowledge and blending of Eastern and Western medicine incorporating Chinese herbs, holistic therapies and the use of complimentary therapies such as acupuncture and Class 4 Laser therapy entirely surpassing the need of the common go-to anti inflammatory drugs which present with their own detrimental side effects.
Dr. Rodgers is a gem. Period.
